Erin Lombardo

Erin first joined the Clubs in 2018 as an AmeriCorps VISTA serving to build capacity on the Advancement Team as the Grants & Stewardship Coordinator. In her current role as Senior Director of Grants & Advocacy, Erin supervises the Clubs' Grants Coordinator and manages the application, reporting, and administration of grant funds along with the stewardship of private, corporate, and government funders.

She is also working to build the capacity of the organization and its key stakeholders to advocate for the BGCMS mission within the greater regional community. Finally, through her work with the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, Erin also supports the 38 other Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the state by managing and administering two federal grants totaling over $12 million.

Erin is deeply passionate about the mission behind her work and is eager to continue supporting youth in Clubs across the Commonwealth.
