Director of Advancement Operations
The Director of Advancement Operations (DAO), reporting to the Vice President & Chief Advancement Officer, will provide high-level strategic, logistical, and administrative support to fuel the growth and impact of fundraising and outreach efforts at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South. The Director of Advancement Operations will help to manage and optimize the strategies and systems that are crucial to a thriving mission advancement operation. They will make considerable contributions to a wide variety of central fund development functions including
stakeholder communications, community and donor engagement, prospecting, grants
administration, project management, and executing essential daily operational and
administrative accountabilities of the Advancement Office.

Youth Resource Director (Brockton Clubhouse)
We are currently seeking a Youth Resource Director who is responsible for Club leadership in addressing the psychological and social well-being of our youth. Crossing Guard (Brockton & Taunton Clubhouses)
The Crossing Guard reporting to the Transportation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe crossing of children, families, and pedestrians at designated intersections before and after
school or during assigned program hours. This position requires vigilance, sound judgment, and a commitment to public safety while providing courteous assistance to Club members, parents, staff, and community members.

Lifeguard 18+ (Taunton Clubhouse)
Reporting to the Club’s Executive Director, the Lifeguard is responsible to maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, on the deck, and surrounding areas and creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement.

Partner Teacher - 21st Century Learning Center
We are seeking a part-time Partner Teacher, who provides classroom facilitation and direct academic instruction/intervention embedded into the afterschool experience. This role works in tandem with Club Leadership and Youth Development Professionals to provide direct services to students though engaging, project-based curriculums and activities based on outcomes
prescribed by the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant.

Transportation Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a Transportation Logistics Coordinator, who is a dynamic, organized, and knowledgeable individual responsible for the coordinate of Club-wide transportation services for the organization. The Transportation Coordinator will oversee both contracted and Club-owned vehicles, recruitment and retention of Club drivers, route development and coordination, as well as provide limited assistance with the maintenance, care, compliance of Club vehicles.
