Emerging Leaders

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South's Emerging Leaders are a collection of up-and-coming professionals across the Metro South region who believe in giving back to their communities and supporting the development of the next generation of young leaders.

The goal of the Emerging Leaders Board is to ensure that BGCMS is recruiting a talented, passionate, diverse group of individuals to eventually join our Board of Directors while also increasing awareness of our Clubs' critical work amongst area businesses and organizations.

To accomplish this goal, our Emerging Leaders host several social and networking events annually to educate their networks about the life-changing programs offered by our Clubs and connect emerging leaders throughout our region to each other to foster a greater collective impact.

Emerging Leaders are also encouraged to join one of the Board of Directors subcommittees, which meet bi-monthly.
