Program Coordinator - Brockton Clubhouse
The Youth Development Professional-Program Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of a broad range of programs for youth designed to empower them in school, become good citizens and lead healthy, productive lives. Reporting to the Youth Development Director the Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Club in the delivery of programs connecting youth to opportunities to help youth discover their abilities and interests. This position is responsible for implementation the daily operations of the Clubhouse and providing creative, flexible, consistent, responsive, transparent, and accountable leadership to promote the mission, vision, values.
The Program Coordinator will lead efforts to deliver an accessible, inclusive, empowering, and safe Club experience – from a member’s first point of contact with the Club to their ongoing daily engagement through the years. The Program Coordinator must exude professionalism and approachable confidence in the knowledge of Club programming goals, best practices, and policies that promote safety, quality, and impact.

Executive Director - Brockton Clubhouse
The Executive Director is a proven, motivated, and cause-driven professional with a passion for youth development, high quality programming, and staff development. Reporting to the Vice President of Program Impact, the Executive Director possesses exemplary relationship-building, project management, and communications skills, and will demonstrate collaborative and mentorship-minded leadership while employing an entrepreneurial, solutions-minded, and results-oriented approach to ensure the success of a multi-faceted Club operation with various high-impact, evidence-based programs and services. This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Clubhouse and providing creative, flexible, consistent, responsive, transparent, and accountable leadership to promote the mission, vision, values, and strategic direction of the organization as a whole.

Senior Director of Athletics & Recreation - Taunton Clubhouse
Reporting to the Vice President of Program Impact, the Senior Director of Athletics & Recreation provides leadership, direction, and operational oversight to the sports, wellness, and recreation departments across Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South Clubhouses and Camp Riverside. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans aligning with the Club’s overall Strategic Plan and the organization's vision, mission, and objectives. The Senior Director of Athletics & Recreation ensures that key revenue-generating activities are developed and executed to meet the needs of both program quality and the broader community. They will foster stakeholder relationships, design and implement impactful programs, manage financial resources, provide leadership to the Clubhouse teams, and serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The Senior Director of Athletics & Recreation will ensure the Clubhouses meet or exceed programmatic, membership, and financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of member experience and participation, new membership growth, program evaluation, training, staff team supervision, and in-Club business performance.

Youth Development Director - Brockton Clubhouse

Director of Culinary Operations
The Director of Culinary Operations oversees the production of all food at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro
South locations and for all contracts including Club meals, Blue Spoon Community Kitchen, catering, retail, special events, and future programming. The Director reports to the Vice President of Operations and serves in a leadership role, responsible for all culinary operations activities including but not limited to inventory control, menu development and efficiency, kitchen safety and training, equipment and facility maintenance and safeguarding, contract-related activities, catering and retail production, staffing management, and staff development.

The Director of Marketing & Communications, reporting to the Vice President & Chief Advancement Officer, develops and implements Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South's strategic marketing and communications plan to fuel the growth and impact of our fundraising efforts and the reach of our programs. The DOMC will possess exemplary relationship-building, project management, and communications skills, and demonstrate leadership while employing an entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-centered, and results-oriented approach to leading and driving the production of high-quality marketing assets, compelling campaigns, and engaging communications to advance our mission and brand through visual and written storytelling.
